After you placed the order, one of the KALA KALA team will contact you through email, we will need additional info to create the best dress by your body shape.
As soon as we get all the info, our seamstresses will start working on your dress. Usually, we ship the dresses after 3 weeks. but please consider 4 weeks for shipping.
After 3-4 weeks your dress will be packed in one of our beautiful boxes with padded cups, dress cover, and information card. If you ordered a veil or belt it will be packed as well.
DHL Express (With full tracking) will pick up your package and deliver it to you. First, measure your dress and go to a local seamstress for minor alterations: Shorten the skirt to your height with heels, sew the padded cups if needed, etc. (We recommend going to an experienced tailor with a background in bridal gowns).

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship our dresses all over the world via DHL Express (with tracking). Usually it takes 3-5 days.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, if you need your gown ASAP please contact us. Rush orders are available in an additional fee of 50-150$.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM GOWNS?
Yes, we can make some adjustments on our designs, such as: Changing straps, skirts, open back/closed back, etc. But we are open for new ideas, feel free to contact us for any special request.
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?
All our dresses are Ready to Wear- which means that alterations are NOT included in the price. Please budget accordingly. We suggest booking an appointment with a local tailor, before your dress arrives, you will need some small alterations such as: matching the length to your shoes, sewing padded cups.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T FIND MY SIZE?
If your measurements do not match those in the guide, we advise to always choose the larger size. If you are not sure what size to choose/ how to measure yourself, feel free to contact us we will be more than happy to assist you for the dress of your dreams.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
If you change your mind about your individual order before we have begun the creation process, a refund may be issued, minus an administrative service fee of 5% of your total order.
DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
If your dress arrives, but there is something that you are not satisfied with, please let us know up to three days after delivery, we are always happy to assist. After all, our passion is to make each one of our brides feel perfect.If there is a problem with your dress, we will be glad to return your purchase for fixing/remaking.Please note: A restocking fee of 10%, will be assessed on all purchases returned for a refund. Rush order fees are non-refundable.The returned dress must be completely brand new, unworn and in perfect condition. It should be sent back to our studio up to 7 days after the delivery date, in the original packaging+ return tracking number.Unfortunately, we will not accept refunds in the following situations:On shipping costs.If the dress is damaged due to wrong ironing/washingIf you contact us longer than 3 days after delivery.If you do not return your dress upon the agreement of return.If you have made alterations
